Marina feels lucky to work with talented artists, assisting them in painting murals. She has also completed several mural projects as a lead artist. In her recent project, she worked on 11ft x 25ft mural during the Artist Project Art Fair 2018.

Artistic Statement

The majority of my work revolves around people and spaces, as I investigate themes of personal identity, human behaviour, duality and shifting perceptions. In my paintings, I draw my inspirations from everyday life and memories. In my creative process, I experiment with photographs that I take as well as images from found sources. I tend to explore familiar imagery, suggesting a subtle transition from one narrative to another.
