With over 15 years of combined experience working closely with artists and designers, managing public art projects, and supporting urban development initiatives in the City of Toronto, PATCH brings a set of world-class expertise with a local focus.

In collaboration with our roster of over 120 artists, our multi-dimensional projects are realized by our core staff, each of whom brings unique expertise that includes:

  • photo / video documentation
  • community engagement
  • arts management
  • communications
  • urban planning
  • evaluation
  • curation
  • design

When we’re not working on PATCH projects, many of us remain busy through the wider work of The STEPS Initiative, our host organization.

Our annual calls are facilitated using a double review process, which depends on the valuable contributions of our voluntary Artist Advisory Committee, representing cross-sectoral cultural leaders. We appreciate their time and dedication tremendously.
