1 Yorkville Ave,
Julita Wolanska is a Toronto based artist who creates colourful, vibrant paintings, working with water-based media in a spontaneous and intuitive process. Painted outdoors, her series Organic Lyrical Abstracts and Dramatic Canadian Landscapes are full of contrasts and texture, life and energy. Julita is involved in promoting art and curating shows.
The exhibited works Bruce Peninsula Rocks, Killarney Shield, and Expedition were inspired by the foot paths she studies over the course of many walking trips: from rocky trails through Toronto’s ravines, over the Canadian Shield to the sandy beaches along the lakeshore.
Bazis, known for its visionary architecture and design, and Plaza, providing a high level of quality, have once again joined forces on the internationally-recognized 1 Yorkville development.
Wrapped in faceted ribbons, 1 Yorkville tower is singular, slender and elegant. The ribbons produce unique interplay of shadow and light that moves across the textured surface and emphasizes a glittering effect embedded in the cityscape.
The building provides a contemporary expression of elegance and intrigue, celebrating the energy of the most desirable location and its metropolitan nature. Within walking distance to Yonge and Bloor subway lines, PATH, designer boutiques and thefinest restaurants, 1 Yorkville is in a class of its own.
