“City of Colour” blends colours that represent transformation. The background begins as a grey, muted backdrop at one end; transforming into a more vibrant and hopeful colour scheme from left to right. The mural features some prominent Toronto landmarks, with images of buildings superimposed atop a vibrant background, telling the story of community building and pride.
